No-guilt Crispy Pizza E-mail

I missed pizza, so I went looking for a good replacement and I think I found it.  It's only three points and it's cripsy, crunchy, cheesy and satisfying.  This quick recipe is just the base; top it off with all the veggies you love, or even add a little grilled chicken or pineapple.  Ham or bacon bits will give it a salty kick for not a lot of extra points.

Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

1 Flatout wrap, light original

1 tsp. olive oil

1/4 C low-fat shredded mozzarella

1/4 C pizza sauce

Calories: 132

Fat: 12

Fiber: 12

Carbs: 24.9

Points: 3 

  

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Rub Flatout with olive oil on both sides.  Top with sauce and cheese and whatever toppings you love.  Bake for 10 minutes, preferably on a pizza stone, screen or ventilated pan until cheese melts and edges are slightly browned.  Slice and enjoy.
