I missed pizza, so I went looking for a good replacement and I think I found it. It's only three points and it's cripsy, crunchy, cheesy and satisfying. This quick recipe is just the base; top it off with all the veggies you love, or even add a little grilled chicken or pineapple. Ham or bacon bits will give it a salty kick for not a lot of extra points.
Flatbread PizzaIngredients 1 Flatout wrap, light original 1 tsp. olive oil 1/4 C low-fat shredded mozzarella 1/4 C pizza sauce | Nutrition (for only listed ingredients)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rub Flatout with olive oil on both sides. Top with sauce and cheese and whatever toppings you love. Bake for 10 minutes, preferably on a pizza stone, screen or ventilated pan until cheese melts and edges are slightly browned. Slice and enjoy. |
