It's not very often that a piece of junk mail can truly make me lastingly angry. But congratulations to Acacia for making your mark. I received this unsolicited catalog and flipped through what seemed to be just another slightly upscale home accessories catalog. I was amused to find it also had a lot of yoga products and wondered how I might possibly have ended up on their mailing list. And then the amusement came to a screeching halt at the first in a barrage of clothing products. Here's a prime example: Live Happy and Don’t Be Mean Shirts Be nice. Be content. Maybe life really is this simple. 100% cotton tees flatter a woman’s curves. Sizes S(4–6), M(6–8), L(8–10), XL(10–12), XXL(12–14). Machine wash. USA.

Muffins get into the 100 calorie snack game
Low point muffins? Yum! We've talked about Hostess 100s before. These are more of the same, but if you're looking for a cakey/muffiny snack that won't break the point bank, these guys are deceptively satisfying. The Pros: Delicious. They are surprisingly filling for as tiny as they are. Yes, tiny, but flavorful. Low calorie banana, blueberry, and coffee cake muffins definitely hit the spot and they're only one measly point each! If you're having a sweet tooth attack in the a.m., these are the ticket. | | This item includes 1 comment |

To the world, I eat healthy. My boss's wife (who is a marathon runner and a size 4 or so with brand new boobs and the body that i used to have) says she sees me eating healthy and I'm like the healthiest person she has ever seen and she doesn't understand why I can't lose weight. She is really sweet and she is the one that made me realize this crazy facade that i was carrying around. Yes, I eat salads in front of everyone. Yes, i drink water in front of everyone. Then I go home and BINGE on everything. I might as well pull a chair in front of the pantry or fridge. But as the middle of the second week of doing Weight Watchers approached, I thought to myself, "Here we go... I'm going to binge ... and then it happened....... |
