Honey Oaty Goodness full of Fiber
The Pros: These are really tasty and filling bars, and they're pretty big for the small amount of calories they have. With 5 g of fiber per bar, they're pretty good for you too. This is a nice little filling snack, and if you like the taste of honey and oats they're highly recommended. Would make a good grab-it-on-the-run breakfast too. The Cons: How do we put this delicately? There have been some reports of these...upsetting delicate stomachs? We've heard some reports of the fiber working just a little too well if you catch our drift. So I wouln't recommend eating more than one of these little babies a day.
The Skinny: Good stuff, but buyer beware. Delicate stomachs have had some issues with these. They do come in other varieties if honey and oat aren't your thing. If you're looking for a nice crunchy chewy snack, these fit the bill. The Stats: Serving size 1 bar. 130 calories, 3 g fat (.5 saturated, 0 trans), 5 g fiber, 27 carbs, 2 points.Too bad Kellogg decided to stop making these high fiber, good nutrition bars. I know I miss these! The Fiber One bars kill my stomach and they're just not the same. |
