Little Bites of Low-point Chocolate Joy The Pros: These little bites are great for beating the chocolate cravings. They're moist and as tasty as pre-packaged bakery items get. If you add a little light whipped topping as a sort of frosting substitute, yum. The Cons: Just a little hit of chemically aftertaste, and well they're kinda little. I mean, it's not false advertising, but these things are
about the size of a quarter. A little expensive for what you get.The Skinny: Get 'em. These little guys are a good way to curb the need for both cakey and chocolately. They're a little small, but eat them slowly and remember that you're getting to eat a few little brownies for only two points. If I could control myself where portions were concerned, I'd make some brownies and cut them up in tiny pieces. But I am a realist and these little pouches keep me from chomping my way through a whole pan of goodies. The Stats: 100 calories, 4g fat (1.5 g saturated), 85 mg sodium, less than 1 mg fiber, 15g carbs, 2 points. Not sure where to get them? Try the store locator. |
